The Awesome
6-10 Ginger Snaps –lightly crushed
2-3 Scoops Peach Ice Cream (homemade is best, Bluebell is second best, Ben and Jerry’s is third best)
Caramel Sauce (again homemade is best, Smuckers is second best, hershey’s is third best)
Line the bottom of a good sized cereal bowl with half of the Ginger Snaps
Cover the Snaps with the ice cream.
Top the ice cream with caramel sauce.
Dust the sauce with the remaining Ginger Snaps.
Try to make it to the couch before you finish eating.
